Online OWI DUI Case Evaluation

CAUTION:  There are strict time limits in Wisconsin drunk driving cases that are different than the court dates.  If you refused or "failed" a breath or blood test, you may have only ten days from the day of the test to take legal action, or you may lose your driver's license, even before your first court date.  If you are near the ten day time limit, CALL US IMMEDIATELY, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.  You should ask to have Attorney Mishlove paged and you will get a prompt return call. Phone Toll-Free (877) DUI-DREW.

Our online evaluation of your case will provide you with important information about your case, but we do not and cannot represent clients online, establish attorney-client relationships online nor give legal advice online. We do not become your attorneys just by doing an online evaluation.

Also, the case evaluation form is not encrypted, so even though we will not discuss or disclose it to anyone but you, it is not confidential.

We want to be your attorneys, so please submit a case evaluation form, or email, fax or call us, so that we can help.

If you have read and understand the above caution, please begin completing the form below.
